CAMPERVAN RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Below is a summary of the general terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

VEHICLE DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:


Age and Driving License:

- The driver must be over 25 years old.
- Must hold a valid category B driving license for at least 2 years.
- Any additional driver must be declared at the time of booking and listed in the rental agreement.
- Every additional driver must meet the same conditions as the main driver.
- Upon vehicle handover, the driver must present:
- A valid category B driving license.
- A valid identity document (ID card or passport).
- The rental company may refuse to hand over the vehicle to any driver who does not meet these requirements.
- Driving the vehicle by a person not listed in the rental agreement is prohibited.
- All responsibility for potential damage or violations of regulations rests with the primary renter.


VEHICLE RESERVATION CONDITIONS


1.Validity and Confirmation of Booking

- The rental price is set at the time of booking.
- To confirm the booking, a deposit is required.
- The booking is valid after paying a deposit of 30% of the rental price.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the vehicle handover—cashless.
- For bookings made less than 14 days before the rental date, full payment is required immediately at the time of booking.
- After paying the reservation deposit, the customer receives a booking confirmation via email.
- Payments can be made via QR code, card, or bank transfer.
- Prices are listed in EUR (Euro) and include compulsory liability and comprehensive insurance.
- Insurance does not cover damages such as lost keys or documents, or interior damage.
- A child car seat is included in the price. Please inform us before vehicle handover if you require one.

2.Vehicle Driving

- The driver must be over 25 years old.
- Must hold a valid category B driving license for at least 2 years.
- Any additional driver must be declared at booking and listed in the rental agreement.
- Every additional driver must meet the same conditions as the main driver.
- Upon vehicle handover, the driver must present:
- A valid category B driving license.
- A valid identity document (ID card or passport).
- The rental company may refuse to hand over the vehicle to any driver who does not meet the requirements.
- Driving by a person not listed in the rental agreement is prohibited.
- All responsibility for damages or legal violations rests with the primary renter.

3.Cancellations and Booking Changes

- Cancellation or modification of the booking must be done in writing (email).
- Changes to another date are possible only by agreement, depending on availability.
- Cancellation fees: >30 days in advance – 0%, 20 days – 50%, <14 days – 100%.
- If we have available dates, we are happy to offer a suitable alternative.

4.Vehicle Handover to the Renter

- The location and time of vehicle handover are specified in the agreement.

- The vehicle is handed over clean, with a full fuel tank, and in technically sound condition.
- The renter must inspect the vehicle upon handover and sign the handover protocol.
- The vehicle must be returned clean, with a full fuel tank, in technically sound condition, and in the same condition as when handed over.
- The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and location stated in the agreement.

5.Vehicle Operation, Insurance, and Liability

- The vehicle is insured with mandatory liability and comprehensive insurance.

- The renter is responsible for damages and compliance with traffic regulations.
- Insurance does not cover damages such as lost keys or documents or interior damage.
- Unauthorized driving is not insured and is the responsibility of the renter.
- Insurance does not cover damages resulting from a breach of contract.
- The renter is responsible for following traffic rules and for damages incurred during the rental—including fines or violations.
- Fines incurred during the rental are fully borne by the renter.
- In case of a violation, the rental company has the right to provide renter information to the relevant authorities.
- Upon vehicle handover, the renter must pay a security deposit and deductible, as stated in the rental agreement.

- The deposit guarantees compliance with terms, and the deductible is payable in case of damage. Both payments are made by card.
- The vehicle may only be used according to its intended purpose and the contract terms.
- In case of breakdown or accident, the renter must immediately contact the operator as specified in the rental agreement.
- Violation of these conditions or safe usage rules entitles the rental company to terminate the rental immediately and take back the vehicle.
- The operator is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of the client or their companions.

Prohibited activities:

- Participation in illegal events.
- Transporting more persons than listed in the vehicle documents.
- Transport of hazardous materials.
- Smoking inside the vehicle.
- Transporting pets.

6.Vehicle Pickup and Return

- To accommodate you, pickup and return can be arranged any day of the week (Monday to Sunday).
- Times are not fixed and are based on agreement—often according to customer needs.
- If you have difficulty returning the vehicle at the agreed time, and it is within our capacity to accommodate,

we can adjust the return time for that day as stated in the agreement.
- The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and location.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, handover and return follow the terms in the agreement.
- Any changes to the place or time of handover must be confirmed in writing (email, SMS, or another agreed method).
- Late returns are charged unless agreed in writing by both parties.
- If no alternative place or late return is agreed in writing, a fee of €20 per started hour will apply.
- The renter must return the vehicle with a full fuel tank.
- The renter must return the vehicle in the same condition as it was received.
- The rental company has the right to charge fees for late return or damages.
- All additional charges for potential damage, dirt, or other breaches of rental terms are specified in the rental agreement.

7.Governing Law and Language

- All legal relations between the service provider and the client are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain.
- Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts according to the service provider’s registered office.
- These terms are available in multiple languages (Spanish, English, German, Czech). In case of differing interpretations,

the legally binding version is the Spanish one.
- The service provider has the right to use its preferred language for all communications related to these Terms.
- For maximum protection, the service provider may use Czech.
- If an official or judicial translation into Spanish is required, the translation will be arranged, with each party bearing its own costs.

8.Data Protection

- The renter’s personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
- The renter consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement.
