The operator processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish data protection legislation. We collect identification data, contact details, documents, and payment information to conclude rental agreements and fulfill legal obligations. Data may be disclosed to third parties only to the necessary extent (insurance companies, port authorities, accounting, technical services) or in cases required by law. Data is not provided for marketing purposes without the client’s consent. We retain data for the period necessary to fulfill the contract and legal obligations (usually 5–10 years). Sharing personal data serves not only the operation of the service but also the protection of company rights in case of disputes or damages caused by the user. This provision protects the company from unauthorized claims.
